For your real life. On your schedule.

“Did you get
your walk in?”
Real HAB interface. Fictional conversations shown for illustration.
Good intentions deserve a follow-up
Life gets busy. Lunch becomes coffee. A quick purchase gets forgotten. The thing you meant to finish waits another day.
HAB starts a conversation about it. And helps you work out what comes next.
A simple way to keep going
Start with one thing you want help with. Chief gets to know the goal and sets up an agent around it.
Agree your check-ins. Your agent asks what happened and helps when the plan meets real life.
Keep the useful details. Get a review of the available records and one practical thing to try next.

A conversation, not a chore
Just tell your agent. It asks for the details that matter and keeps a useful record.
Meals and portions. Purchases and amounts. Practice and progress. Each agent follows the goal you give it.

You recorded lunch on all five workdays. Four were before 1 pm. Last week, two of five were.
Wednesday was the late one. Could you protect a lunch break before the afternoon gets busy?
Your records should mean something
That is the point of your review. What changed? What got in the way? What is worth trying next?
Your agent looks at the information it can access, connects it to your goal and stays honest about what is missing.

A tracker can record that something happened. HAB also asks how it went, discusses what got in the way and helps you choose a next step. Its reviews connect the available records to your actual goal.
HAB supports in-app calls with internet access and call notifications. Regular phone calls require a verified number, an agreed plan and service availability. Follow-ups respect your saved settings, quiet hours and pauses.

A starter gives Chief a useful starting point for a specific goal, including what to track and what a review should cover. Choose one here, then say or paste its setup request to Chief. Chief adapts it to you.
Voice is the main experience, and typing is available when you need it. You can use the same agent conversation to ask questions, report an update or correct a record.
HAB keeps app data on your device and uses cloud processing for online conversations, calls and backups. You control sharing choices, can use app lock and can request deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what is processed and retained.
