Daily movement

Make room for that walk.

A realistic plan, a timely check-in and a conversation when life gets in the way.

An example check-in

The evening walks kept getting pushed back. You managed the lunchtime one. Is that worth trying again?

Yes. A short lunch break is more realistic.

Fictional example. Your agent follows your goal.

The starting point

What would a more consistent movement routine make possible for you?

A routine needs somewhere to fit in a real day. This starter helps you choose a manageable action, give it a time and review the obstacles that actually happened. It does not assume everyone has the same capacity or the same reason to move.

What is useful to record?

  • The activity you chose
  • Time spent or another measure you choose
  • What helped or got in the way

Choose the activity and a realistic amount with any relevant limitations in mind. After the check-in, record what happened, even if the answer is that you did not do it. A shorter alternative or a different time may be more useful than another ambitious target.

A review with a purpose.

Compare the activity you planned with what you recorded. Notice workable times and recurring obstacles, then adjust one part of the plan.

Reviews work with the information available to your agent. They should explain missing coverage and distinguish a possible pattern from proof. You can change or pause the review.
