Delete your Habitcalls account

You can request deletion in the app or by email, even if the app is no longer installed.

In the app

  1. Open Your account → Edit profile → Delete account.
  2. Review the data-removal information and confirm. For an Apple account, confirm with Apple when prompted.
  3. Wait for the deletion result. If remaining server-file cleanup is pending, contact support to check its status.

Without the app

Email an account deletion request to mo@aikolumi.com with the subject “Habitcalls account deletion request”. Send it from your account email where possible and include your Habitcalls username or account identifier if you know it. If you use Apple's private relay address, tell us that; support can help verify ownership. An email starts a request; deletion is not completed until ownership is verified and the request is processed.

Do not email passwords, Apple/Google sign-in codes, full identity documents or recovery keys. We will ask only for information needed to verify the account.

What is removed

Account deletion removes account access, owned conversations and workspace records, account-scoped saved workspace versions, and connected-service credentials held for that account. It also requests cleanup of associated server files. Cleanup failures are queued for retry. Shared conversations owned by someone else and copies others have exported are outside this removal scope.

Contacts, calendar events, health entries or files you saved to other apps need separate removal in those apps. Providers may retain data they processed under their own policies. Security or transaction records that must be retained to meet applicable obligations may remain restricted to that purpose. See the privacy information.

Delete selected data

To request removal of selected information while keeping your account, email the same support address and describe which data you want removed. Removing a current chat item does not automatically remove its historical saved workspace versions.
