Practise the skill. See what improves.
From German conversation to an exam topic, make practice serve the thing you want to be able to do.

You remembered the vocabulary. Shall we try using it in a short conversation this time?
Yes. Let’s practise introducing myself at work.
Fictional example. Your agent follows your goal. The starting point
What do you want to be able to do with this skill?
Twenty minutes of practice tells you that you showed up. It does not tell you whether a conversation, exam task or explanation has become easier. This starter connects a practice routine to an ability you can demonstrate.
What is useful to record?
- The skill or exam you are working toward
- What you practised and for how long
- An attempt, result or piece of feedback
Describe the task you need to perform, such as explaining a topic without notes or answering a question in German. Share an attempt or feedback when you can. Your agent can suggest a short practice check and compare similar attempts later. If an exam name is unclear, Chief should ask rather than assume.
A review with a purpose.
Look at comparable practice attempts and the gaps that remain. Distinguish time spent from demonstrated improvement. Choose a targeted exercise for next week.
Reviews work with the information available to your agent. They should explain missing coverage and distinguish a possible pattern from proof. You can change or pause the review.
